As well as helping your new arrival to look their best, regular grooming can help prevent the uncomfortable matting and tangling of fur whilst helping you spot any underlying health concerns that may need veterinary attention
Grooming your puppy should start as soon as you bring them home with regular gentle brushing and once they’ve had their final set of injections, it’s time to introduce them to the grooming salon. We recommend visiting the salon at least once before your puppy’s first appointment for a free consultation which will help them settle in.
As some puppies can have trouble sitting still for long periods of time, our puppy grooming service at Diamonds & Dickiebows is designed to be a little shorter than a regular groom. It’s the perfect way to introduce your new puppy to the sights, sounds and smells of the grooming salon and to help them become accustomed to the environment..
