From a year ago and having to give Tinker (rescue puppy) treats as he wouldn't sit still initially never having experienced grooming …. now he falls asleep! Calmness, patience, attention to detail … my boy comes back looking amazing every time.

When we first got Lily the Cockapoo (Rescue) she was terrified of being groomed, even at the vets the mere touch of her front legs triggered aggression. Since then the way she has been carefully groomed and assured by Allison she has transformed into a chilled out pooch who loves a bath and a pamper.

This was Marly and Macy's first groom with Allison, and I was so pleased with how they looked when I picked them up. The attention to detail from Allison and how much interest she showed in my dogs was amazing. Wonderful service from a wonderful lady

Allison showed so much interest in my dogs on their first visit this weekend 26 Oct. She wanted to know all about them and just let them relax prior to me leaving them for their first groom with her. Nothing was rushed, and I really liked the fact that Allison is so in tune with how the dogs are feeling. She could see they were nervous, particularly our little girl. They both looked amazing when I picked them up a few hours later. We are really pleased with the overall experience of using Diamonds & Dickiebows and would definitely recommend.

Allison is absolutely fantastic! She has taken on our crazy pup after a previous negative experience elsewhere. Not only did she help him to become confident when he first started going 12 months or so ago she has also supported us as a family recently when we introduced a baby. Allison worked with Otto to help his anxieties, taking him weekly to ensure he was relaxed. Thank you so much for all of your hard work!
